If you want to accept a quotation from us you must
notify us within 28 days of its issue.
By booking any of our services you accept the following
terms and conditions of trading.
Unless previously agreed in writing payment for
services will be due upon completion of work.
Cash or cheques are accepted.
If you wish to cancel any of our services for one clean
you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
If we have arrived to work then we cannot accept a
cancellation unless work is being carried out at the
property that would affect our ability to work safely.
In any case, 25% of the price would be payable to cover
our expenses as we would not have had 48 hours notice.
Safety is of paramount importance, so we request that
small children and pets be enclosed in the safety of the
property for the duration of the clean.
Any claim under our 100% satisfaction guarantee must
be made within 24 hours of completion of work.
We reserve the right to alter our terms & conditions
at any time.
Please Note:
We may carry out the agreed work when it
is raining.
We only stop if the weather/rain is really
harsh.
However, remember that our 100%
satisfaction guarantee is in place.
Should you not be happy just let us know
within 24 hrs and we will return to put
matters right.
If we are turned away without prior
notice (48hr advance) or good reason
there will be a 25% surcharge.
This will apply if the work is cancelled by
you or when the cleaning is carried out.
This is to cover our expenses.
These T&C's are to cover ourselves for
all eventualities and are not "set in stone"
This simply means that we may not keep
you to all of them.
Individual circumstances will always be
taken into consideration.
